Making a Difference
Our Approach
We believe that Israel’s schools grow strongest from within. Rather than importing solutions, we identify and scale innovations born in real classrooms and networks. By investing in leadership, supporting middle management, and creating pathways for talented educators, we are helping the system become more adaptive, inclusive, and resilient.
Core Programs
-
Principal Integration Program – This program builds a network of principals equipped to lead diverse schools. Principals engage in collaborative learning, coaching, and pilot projects that respond to real challenges. In 2025, participating schools will begin scaling selected projects across their networks, amplifying impact.
-
Sabbatical Program for Teacher Leaders – Launching in 2026, this initiative reimagines sabbaticals as professional accelerators rather than exit points. Teachers will deepen expertise, gain exposure to global best practices, and return as stronger leaders—supporting retention and cultivating the next generation of principals.
-
Prize for Innovative Educators – Known as the “Oscars for Teachers,” this annual prize celebrates educator-led innovation. Our new website makes these innovations accessible nationwide, inspiring teachers and schools far beyond the competition itself.
-
Olim Teacher Program – In partnership with Herzog College, we are creating pathways for immigrant educators to succeed in Israeli classrooms. The program provides certification, training, Hebrew language skills, and cultural support—strengthening Israel’s teaching pipeline with diverse and globally minded educators.
