Our program is designed to empower educators, providing them with the tools, exposure, and support they need to revolutionize education in Israel. Through enriching weekly trips, a visit to the United States, and engaging networking events, our participants gain valuable insights and fresh perspectives from the global educational landscape that they then will bring into their own school community through their personal anchor project. 

Our program encourages teachers to incubate and share their innovative initiatives within the Israeli education system, creating a ripple effect of positive change. Through our trips, they will see points of innovation around Israel and then will have the opportunity to scale these ideas.
